Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Income Tax Department, West Bengal and Sikkim, Kolkata invites applications from Meritorious Sportspersons for Group 'C' recruitment of Tax Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) for the Recruitment Years 2015-16 and 2016-17.

Age Limit : 18 - 27 years

Pay Scale : 

Level 4 (As per 7th CPC) (Corresponding to Grade Pay of 2400/-in PB-1 of 5200-20200/- OF 6th CPC)  Level 1 (As per 7th CPC) (Corresponding to Grade Pay of 2400/-in PB-1 of 5200-20200/- OF 6th CPC)  

Educational Qualifications:

Tax Assistant ->
(1) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent (AND)
(2) Having Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

MTS ->
(1) Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board / Council.
